Vickie was born in Texas, and is a College Graduate with a Bachelors of Science Degree. Her husband, Patrick Matus, is a builder in the surrounding Waco areas.

The Matus' have a three-year-old daughter, Lexi, who keeps their lives very interesting. Lexi currently loves gymnastics and enjoys playing with her friends at School.

Vickie specializes in properties around Baylor University, but keeps fully informed on all real estate offerings in the Waco area. Having lived in the Waco area for a number of years, Vickie has an extensive knowledge of the area.
